Copyright Policy

The International Journal of Molecular Medicine and Advance Sciences (IJMMAS) is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while ensuring the broad dissemination and long-term preservation of scholarly research. This Copyright Policy outlines the ownership, use, and distribution of articles published in the journal.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright to their published work unless otherwise specified by the journal's publishing agreement. By submitting a manuscript to IJMMAS, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.

Publishing License

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors grant IJMMAS a non-exclusive license to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, index, and make the article available in electronic and print formats. This license enables the journal to disseminate the published work through its website, scholarly databases, indexing services, and other legitimate academic platforms.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, including figures, tables, illustrations, photographs, questionnaires, or substantial excerpts from previously published works. Appropriate acknowledgements and citations must be included within the manuscript whenever third-party material is used.

Rights of Authors

Authors may use their published articles for educational, research, and non-commercial purposes, including classroom teaching, institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networking platforms, conference presentations, and future scholarly works, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication in IJMMAS is included.

Rights of the Journal

IJMMAS reserves the right to publish, archive, preserve, index, and promote accepted articles in print and electronic formats. The journal may also assign Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), deposit metadata with indexing and abstracting services, and preserve published content through recognized digital archiving systems.

Copyright Infringement

The journal takes allegations of copyright infringement seriously. If any published article is found to contain copyrighted material used without appropriate permission or attribution, the Editorial Office will investigate the matter in accordance with established editorial procedures. Where necessary, corrections, removal of infringing material, or article retraction may be issued.

Permission Requests

Individuals or organizations seeking permission to reproduce, translate, distribute, or reuse published material beyond the rights granted under the applicable license should submit a written request to the Editorial Office. Permission requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Third-Party Content

Any trademarks, logos, images, datasets, or other third-party materials included in published articles remain the property of their respective copyright holders unless explicitly stated otherwise. Responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions rests solely with the authors.

Policy Updates

IJMMAS reserves the right to revise this Copyright Policy to reflect changes in publishing practices, legal requirements, or journal operations. The most current version will always be available on the journal website.
